FAQ

How long will it make for my swimsuit to be made?

Each swimsuit is handmade to order. Made to order can range from 3-14 days depending on order volume unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Confirmation emails will contain a tracking number. 

If swimwear is needed for a specific date, please email INFO@jlabelleswim.com before placing an order to be sure we can accommodate your deadline.

J La' Belle is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsability to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. Feel free to contact INFO@jlabelleswim.com if you require additional assistance with a lost or stolen package. 

Can I customize or make alterations to swimsuit designs?

If you would like your swimsuit altered/custom, be sure to email INFO@jlabelleswim.com prior to placing your oder. Be sure to confirm we can accommodate your request prior to purchase.

How can I wash my J La' Belle suits? 

To preserve the life of your suit, try to hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Be sure to try and rinse your suits after heavily chlorinated or salted waters. 

 

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to J La' Belle's Size chart before placing an order.

Can I cancel my order ?

Once your order has be placed you will have 24 hours before you can cancel your order. Email INFO@jlabelleswim.com to cancel any orders. 

Can I get a refund or exchange?

For hygienic reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your suit is in need of alterations, we would accommodate your request but all suits MUST be unworn/unwashed, have tags attached and liners in place. Should you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. We will fix the issue with a replacement. Be sure to contact INFO@jlabelleswim.com with photos within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
